The room is bills-included, in a shared house owned by myself. You would have access to a shared living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms and a garden with a shed and storage box. Parking is also available.
I am looking for a clean, sociable and respectful professional adult.
Due to my job, tenants would need a current DBS certificate.
Pets may be considered but this is on an individual basis. Sorry no couples.
