Double Room in Hanover with Garden and Cat

Hi all! We're on the hunt for a housemate to join us in our 3 double bed house in Hanover, Brighton. There is a living room, good size kitchen, patio garden, cat (but can't take any more pets sorry, she really doesn't like other animals), private landlord, and no deposit. Council tax band C. Rent is £565 + £128 bills. Quiet and respectful house with occasional pub trips/park hangs/craft nights/gigs at the Rose Hill... I know, wild. We also like to keep on top of our washing up and make sure we take turns cleaning the communal areas regularly! Plenty of space to grow veg and store bikes in the garden.

I'm an artist, work in a shop 4 days a week, morris dancer, and love nature adventures. Julia is studying for her PhD in Psychology, loves the outdoors, climbing, traveling and social nights! We're both in our 30s and ideally are looking for someone with a similar chill vibe to us.

The room is on the ground floor at the front of the house. There can be some external noise, especially in the summer months as people walk past from their night out. We have a private landlord who is currently renovating the front of the house, and he will be coming round periodically over the summer to work on it but always gives notice.
