The flat:
is on the third floor of a beautiful Georgian building and has direct sea views from the living room, also access to a rooftop with panoramic views if you can climb a ladder. The flat is fully carpeted, Asian style with scattered rugs, the living room has a delicate bamboo Tatami mezzanine looking over the sea. That's why it's suited for soft house slippers or barefoot. Shoes are left at the door.

The living room:
is a peaceful room, no loudness from 10pm till 10am. Fantastic 180°views over the sea, beach and Hove lawns
Your bedroom:
has great soundproofing for playing music at any time without being disturbed or disturbing others. :)

Your 16 sq/m bedroom has a view of the rooftops to the north of Brunswick area. It is a quiet room, aside from the sound of seagulls which we get used to in Brighton.
There is an excellent large bathtub and decent electric shower, There is a pressure tank, which means the heat control is constant.

with a dining table.
A small spare room: dedicated for storing and drying laundry.
The rooftop is great for chilling in a hammock sunbathing and drying laundry depending on the weather.

The flat is clean, beautifully complimented by natural light and is full of plants.
Me:
I've been living in this flat for over 14 years. I travel a lot.
I have a small guest house in Brighton, which keeps me busy enough, and i meet lots of different folk.
I try to be outdoors as much as possible. I generally socialise out of the house as I like eating out and going to events.
For vibe and hygiene, we don't wear shoes in the flat.

I'm looking for a mature person, ideally a long term flat mate, who has experience in taking care of a home, understanding that a large Regency flat needs care. If you are interested, please give me a rundown about yourself and your needs, so I feel comfortable inviting to the house for a viewing.
