I was currently living in this house on my own so I decided to rent out one or more of the spare rooms that I have, 1 has now gone to a female tenant who is 28, the house and area are nice and quiet, I work all day and don’t get home till early evening, the other tenants hours are different .
Nice friendly environment.
We both have dogs so there are currently 2 in the property.
