Double room for rent in 3 bed house. Landlady is the only other occupant. Bathroom is shared but next to the rented room.
All bills included.
Parking is on the road and although there is a bus service about every 30mins, it stops about 6pm.
I am sociable and easy going, but do expect you to be tidy and respectful of me and my home.
I will always respect your privacy and your need for peace and space.
Its 15 mins to chelmsford station by car and about 10 mins to Ingatestone station.( nit fambridge, but the site doesnt allow me to change it)
The village has a great community and a wats app group, with plenty of event throughout the year at the nearby village hall.
