Room in Terling

Single room to let in a quiet, peaceful village location. Furnished with unlimited wifi and use of all facilities.

Located 15mins by car to Chelmsford, 7mins to Hatfield Peverel station with a direct link to London Liverpool Street within 35mins. Lots of the villagers cycle to Hatfield Peverel station to catch the train.

You would need to have a car as my house is 3 miles from the train station. Also the bus is only once a week.

The house has a large garden/patio area, and a spacious kitchen with a separate dining area. Fridge/freezer and cupboard space provided and washing machine available.

The village has its own swimming pool, tennis courts, football and cricket ground, shops, two churches and a newly refurbished good local pub. It's a fun village with lots of activities throughout and lots of great walks to nearby pubs.

I live in a clean modern house which I like to be kept tidy, I would hope any lodger to be clean and tidy and respect my home and my privacy, as I would theirs.

This is a very quiet house and I would expect it to be kept that way.

Would prefer someone who likes animals, as there are two cats and one dog in the home.

I would prefer only a full-time worker or a student.

No short term stays, longer term only.
