Lovely light airy, comfortable room, with small double bed in bright airy modern house - share with female owner. Share family bathroom.

Off road parking, two miles from town centre on bus route. Gym close by, also lovely walks and local supermarkets.
Over 40's preferred. No smoking of any kind, vapes included.

The accommodation would suit a professional, respectable quiet person working in the area to share my home from Mondays to Thursday evenings (4 nights) and leaving Friday morning to go home at weekends.
No shift work, late nights or very early mornings.
