It is an ex officers’ married quarter with spacious rooms (up to 5x3.5m).
I’ve quoted for the middle-sized room, there is a smaller room available.
The room has decent furniture with good quality bedding and a quality mattress so you will get a good night’s sleep.
The flat is set within the grounds of a gated property with secure parking.
It has a lovely large walled garden.
Use of kitchen and washing machine included.
Large fridge, washing machine and kitchen storage available.
Unlimited free milk (within reason!).
Can provide bed linen; which can be washed/ironed by arrangement.
You do not have to pay council tax if you already pay on your home property. The property is Council Tax Band D.
Available for a single, professional, tidy and responsible person.
The property lease does not allow smoking or pets.
Single occupancy Mon-Fri with some flexibility on weekends.
Belongings can usually be left in the room over the weekend.
Owing to the nature of my work, apologies no home working.

Rent £800 pm (for middle sized room), bills/Wi-Fi included*.
*With an extra £50pm utilities contribution between October-March months.

Transport nearby
Transport links are excellent.
Easy links to central London via Whitton (an 8-minute walk away), Twickenham, Richmond and Hounslow stations.
We are close to Twickenham stadium, so you are only a few minutes’ drive from a dual carriageway joining you to the M3 and M25.
Buses take you quickly to Twickenham, Richmond and Hounslow.
Nearest underground station is Richmond on the district line.

The neighbourhood
The road we live on is quiet (we're near but not above the flight path) and comes with secure gated parking.
The busy Whitton high street is a 10 minute walk away, it has four supermarkets, lots of shops/cafes and fast trains to London Waterloo. A twenty minute walk (or 5 minute bus ride will take you to Twickenham and the River Thames.
Bushy Park, Richmond Park, Kew Gardens and Sion House are all within 20 mins bike ride if you want some fresh air. It’s quiet and very safe here.
