One guy 24 is doing a master degree in the Est of London, for one year course; another housemate is a 30 yo Asian lady writer kind of head of the house and a young 22 just graduated Japanese guy .
Looking for young lodger to share amenities kitchen and bathroom with others in similar situation.

House is just 5 mins to tube station, parks schools and cricket ground. Parking is on the street free of charge
Males / females students or with a profession in steady job non smokers clean and respectful are welcome.
Council tax ( D) is paid and so all the charges to a suitable maximum to avoid abusing.

There are many bedrooms in the house Yours might be the bigger one (photos might not show it but it is 4.2x5..40m) and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror and set of drawers. It has a lot of light during the day and faces trees with low traffic outside or the south looking garden
