My current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over his tenancy from the 18th May, with the option to renew thereafter.



Must be in full-time work, be clean/tidy and have positive vibes! I hope we can be good friends :)

About the flat: The double bedroom available for rent is spacious and comes with an ensuite bathroom. It is furnished with a super king sized bed and large wardrobe. Plenty of space for a large desk. The flat itself is 61 square meters and has a shared kitchen and living room overlooking the central garden.



About your flatmate: I’m 31, from the Netherlands who works in landscape architecture/urban design. I’m relaxed, easy to live with and very respectful of personal space. I enjoy a good conversation, meeting up with friends, quality food, generally being active.

Rent: £925 per month

Utilities: around £160 per month (£80 each)
