Beautifully furnished city centre flat that has been my home for over 5 years - sad to be leaving! Available from 7th June just a 3 minute walk from deansgate and easily walkable to northern quarter, spinning fields and all the lovely bars and restaurants Manchester has to offer

About the apartment:
The apartment is fully furnished but you are welcome to bring your own furniture and help to decorate as you like. It is very light with large windows in every room, the kitchen and living room are open plan with a full private balcony offering a nice view of the city centre. The kitchen has recently been painted and tiled and floors re done.

Both bedrooms are very generously sized and easily accommodate a full size double bed and any other furniture you want. The available room is the larger of the two and currently has a full double bed and mattress, two sets of drawers and a wardrobe. There is also ample additional storage space in the hallway closets.

One bathroom with a bath and shower that has been decorated.

Entry to the building is via a secure pin code. There is a very active residents Facebook group who are all lovely and often help out with giving furniture away or lending a hand if needed.

There is on street parking which is free after 6pm and weekends. There is also an offer of secure parking space rentals in the building if you speak to the buildings agent..
