We have a hallway with a store room that has the boiler and washing machine in.

There is 1 bathroom with a shower and bath.

The kitchen and lounge are open plan with dining room table, lots of cupboard space in the kitchen and an L-shape comfy couch in the lounge.

The flat is on the ground floor and the building is passcode protected.

I have been living here for a year and a half, my flatmate is moving out so the room will be available from 18 August.

I have already set up WiFi which is £25 per month, elec is between £90-£140 and council tax is about £90 each.

Burton road is less than a 10min walk away with loads of bars and restaurants.

Withington Tram Stop is less than 5 mum walk and theres a bus stop right outside too.

I work hybrid so I work from home a few days a week and my office is just up the road. I am a bit of a homebody during the week, I go to gym most evenings and I meet up with friends most weekends.

I would like someone that's tidy and works from the office most days, doesn't mind chilled nights in or having a glass of wine and perhaps going every now and then.
