Double room (single occupancy only) in semi-detached house situated very close to Fareham centre.

PLEASE NOTE:

This room is not offered on a first come first served basis as I try and ensure that all flatmates get on well.

First response by email preferred. If you do not have a profile listed on this web-site could you please tell me a little about yourself. This room is suitable for someone aged 18-40 in full time employment.

Fareham Railway station, Bus Station and town centre are all 5/10 minutes walk away..

Fareham Leisure Centre with gym a 5 minute walk (if that) - quicker if you jog!

Aldi supermarket 5 minutes away one direction as well as Spar, Post Office and hairdressers in the other direction.

The room is on the first floor and faces North..

The room has a double bed, 1 x wardrobe, 1 x chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and dressing table. Please note there is no wicker chair. There is also a tower fan for when it is hot and a portable oil filled radiator for when it gets a bit cold.

A TV can be provided if required.

Share facilities with owner and two other lodgers.

Facilities include:

* bathroom (with shower and jacuzzi bath)
* kitchen (with all cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, etc provided)
* lounge/diner
* conservatory
* garden
* External utility area with back up fridge freezer and tumble dryer
* Virgin TV with Movies Channels throughout the house as well as wireless internet

* Room in shed for secure storage of a bicycle

Rent includes all bills excluding telephone.
