Available from June 2024 due to current lodgers requirements.

My home is a nice, clean and quiet.

The lodger will have use of the kitchen, bathroom.

Not bothered who, male or females tbh just need the right kind of fit.

The room has one storage cupboard and one double bed and also a single bed as well as a double wardrobe. The beds have drawers underneath for more storage..

I want someone that doesn’t have a lot of stuff, can keep the kitchen and the bathroom tidy after they’ve used it and enjoys the quiet life.
