Double Room in vegan household

A large, double room in a recently renovated 1970s semi. The room is furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and bookshelves.
You would have shared use of the kitchen, living-room, bathroom and separate toilet and garden.
There's on-street parking and bike storage in the garage. There's a frequent bus service to Lancaster Uni and city - the bus stop is 8 minutes walk away. It's a short walk to University of Cumbria.
It would suit a postgraduate student or academic, or someone working at the LRI.
I'm currently raising a Guide Dog puppy.
I'm vegan but the puppy isn't!
