I'm looking for another sociable and friendly house mate, who is neat and tidy and respectful for hassle free rent which includes all bills, unlimited fast broadband and a fortnightly cleaner.

The majority of the house is refurbished and in addition to the bills the rent includes use of shared areas incl: kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities, garden, lounge, dining room, and conservatory.

My house has a maintained garden and large driveway.

I have an in-door pet cat who is very friendly.

Rent to be paid in full at the beginning of each month on a pre-agreed date.
