1st of June Double Room: Bills included(£700)
A furnished double room is available from the 1st of June.
I am looking for a friendly, professional, tidy individual. If you have a good sense of humour & are easy going we'll get on well. I work in the arts and am a bit of a social-introvert so I do enjoy a good board game, watching movies, or just having a drink with flatmates while I also enjoy my own space; so appreciate that others do too. I’m also ideally looking for someone to stay a minimum of 6 months.
The flat is in a secure building with gated parking and on-site cycle storage. Norwood Junction and Anerley stations are 10-15 minutes’ walk and there is also a tram within 15 minutes’ walk. London Bridge, Shoreditch, and Central London are all reachable within 30 minutes.
There are plenty of shops nearby with a Tesco Express directly across the road and two large supermarkets (Sainsburys and Aldi) within walking distance.
If you are interested, get in touch here or if contacting me by phone, it is best to message me as I am often not able to answer my phone.
