Looking for 2 flatmates in artsy flat

heya!! we are looking for a fun social person in their early 20s/or student to rent this lovely room from July 5th. I will renew the flat for the next year in may as I really love the location and flat, and hope to find someone who wanna join. It's located in Clerkenwell/Angel, so the location is absolutely fantastic!

We are three students (m.19, f.21, f.23) in the flat studying musical theatre! we're looking for someone of similar interests, that wants to be part of a social flat, but also respects time off. we are into cooking, painting and travelling. Cooking is something we all enjoy and we would loove to do dinner parties and card game nights, or movie nights. Unfortunately we don't have a living room or lounge, but our kitchen is super lovely so we usually hang out there or the park outside.
the room is 860pcm, the bills are 50 per month excluding council tax (coucil tax band c making a total of the room about 1050pcm depending on council tax charge and bills) if you are a student you pay 50 per month.
