Big Double in Friendly Archway Flat!

Hi everyone!

We are looking for a lovely new flatmate as our friend Emily has bought her own flat and is sadly leaving us! It’s available on 25th May but can be a little bit earlier/later if needed.

The room is technically unfurnished but Emily is going to leave the wardrobe if you want it. The room is big enough for a desk if you work from home.

We are Hayley and Phoebe, two professionals who have lived in the flat for nearly 2 years. We love living here and have a good balance of socialising together but also having our own social lives too. We’d love to find someone who wants to treat the flat like a home. We’re pretty chilled/quiet in the week and like to go out/to the pub at the weekends. It’s definitely not a party flat but we like to have dinner together when we’re both in and watch some trash tv. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy so looking for someone who will help with that too.

The area is great with Archway tube just a few minutes walk away. We have a couple of nice local pubs and loads of supermarkets and coffee shops at the end of our road too. It also has good bus connections and it’s only 20mins to get to kings cross.
