🏠 One room available in three bed one bath flat in Balham, located on the third floor of a block of flats.

Both rooms are furnished with, small double beds, chest or drawers and wardrobes.

Bills are not included. The council tax band is B under Wandsworth Council

🪑 There is a large, fully furnished living room, a small dining area and a spacious kitchen with an oven, washing machine, dishwasher and induction hob. I have bought a large flat-screen TV for anyone to use.

🚆 Less than a ten-minute walk to the station. Well connected. Underground and overground.

🛍 Balham as an area is lovely. I have always felt safe walking home. There are great restaurants including the famous Milk and my personal favourite Viet Corner. Sainsbury's, Waitrose, a mini Coop and Aldi are walking distance from the flat. The local gym is also very affordable with other more high-end options available nearby. There are plenty of shops for anything you may need.

🚶 We are a few minutes walk from Tooting Common if you appreciate green spaces and a longer walk away to Wandsworth and Clapham Common.
