Double room in Balham with garden, £805 pm

Hello! We (Jody and Alicia) are looking for a new housemate for our home in Balham as our current housemate has decided to move in with her boyfriend.

Located close to Balham tube and train station (<10 min walk), we have a lovely three bed house with a spacious living room and kitchen, with the added bonus of a large garden with a shed for bikes.

We’re looking for young professionals who are interested in living in a homely place, enjoy chilling at home but also getting out to do things. About us… We’re both in our mid twenties and enjoy getting out and exploring London - be it a food market, an art gallery or just a different local pub. I (Alicia) like nature and being in the garden, and am into art and music. Jody likes exploring new places to eat and drink, and is also into music and reading. Jody works in telecoms and Alicia works in events, and we typically work from home 2-3 days a week.
