We're Ciara and Flora. Our lovely flatmate is moving out so we're looking for someone to fill his room. We have agreed a new 1 year contract with the landlord as of November 21st.
We're long time pals and have lived together off and on for over 10 years. We work as teachers and we're really chilled and sociable people - often out and about socialising or exercising. But we also enjoy spending a chilled evening in together.
We're looking for a similarly friendly soul to join our home, no couples sorry!
The room is a downstairs double with direct access to the garden and (mostly) exclusive use of the downstairs bathroom.
Large communal living areas and parking available out front. We are a 10 minute walk from Balham High Street, including Balham underground and overground stations, Aldi, Sainsburys, Lidl, Waitrose, and Coop (whatever your preference!)
Also a 3 minute walk from Tooting Common, and 20-30 minute walk from Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common.
15 minute tube/train from zone 1.
We have loved living in this house, the location is ideal and the garden is amazing in the summer.
