The room is a top floor bright double room and you’d be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate. The room comes furnished with wardrobe, set of drawers, bedside table, bed & mattress and plenty of space under the bed and in the eaves!

The flat consists of an open plan living room/kitchen with breakfast diner and dining table (available to work at if you WFH)

There is a bus stop right outside the flat and parking is available with a permit on the road
Rent is £776 pcm and bills come to around £120 pcm split equally between the flatmates

We liaise directly with the live-out landlord and the initial tenancy agreement is 3 months, after that it is 1 month rolling contract. Please only get in touch if you are 27+
