Hi guys, my flatmate is moving out so we’re looking to fill her room in our flat share in Balham. Room is available from June 1. Rent is £652pm.
Lovely area, less than 10 mins walk from Balham tube & overground, a huge Sainsbury's & Waitrose, and all of Balham's pubs and cafes. Also close to Tooting common (5 mins walking) and Clapham common (around 20 mins walking/1 stop on the tube)
You’d be living with 4 others (2 male(Irish), 2 female (Irish & British.) Our occupations are - 2 actors, 1 musical theatre teacher and a flight attendant.
