Charming mansion block flat next to Battersea Park

I have a spare room in my 2 bedroom flat just near Battersea Park. The room is a single room, although the bed can pull out into a double. There is a chest of drawers in the room. The flat is very spacious and comfortable and I have furnished it with nice furniture and artwork. I keep it tidy and clean and would expect whoever lives here to do the same. I am about a 2 minute walk from the wonderful Battersea park, and under a 10 min walk from the new power station complex which has amazing shopping, restaurants and bars.

At a minimum I am looking for someone considerate and easy-going. I am very chilled about most things as long as people are friendly, considerate and honest.

I am a professional (lawyer) who works out in the City Mon-Fri often until quite late. However I do sometimes work from home. Occasionally I will have people over for dinner/drinks etc. but I usually go out to socialise.
