- complete kitchen w/ dining table

- 2.5 floors (you enter through the .5) floor plan attached
- Floor heating and cooling, can be adjusted to time
- some items in the photos belong to the roommate leaving, so pls clarify which items stay when you visit

About the cost:
- 1,480.30 GBP for the master bedroom paid monthly
- 1,875.00 GBP deposit

Requirements:
- 1 girl only
- ideally young professional and speaks English
- looking for some one clean, respectful of personal space, and is considerate of the other person’s time and routine
- background check will be done by the property manager (Garret Whitelock) which is normal practice across letting agents
