Short term let June - October

My flat mate is going away and would like to sub-let his room. The room will be available from the 13th June until October 2024. It is a two bed apartment and I have the other bedroom.

Rent: £1,200 per month + bills 

The apartment is a lovely, spacious third-floor apartment with sky lights throughout, which makes for a very light apartment. There is a big, open-plan living room and kitchen and a TV. Out the back there is a balcony.

The room is a double room with lots of cupboard space.

 Looking for someone tidy, clean and responsible to share the apartment whilst my flatmate is away. No parties.. 

It is in the heart of east London - a five minute walk from Brick Lane, 10 minutes from Shoreditch and 15 minutes to Whitechapel Station. Bethnal Green underground station is a 10 minute walk and you are on the bustle of Bethnal Green Road, although the apartment is very quiet and set back from the road. Also, a five minute walk to Colombia Road, so can enjoy the market on Sundays.

The room has access to a private balcony and roof terrace.
