🏠The location of the property is conveniently located in central London, right next to King's Cross and St Pancras as well as a couple of tube stations like Russell Square, and also gives you a 5-min commute time to UCL/SOAS/British Museum. Again, within 5 minutes, you can find a variety of supermarkets and restaurants in Brunswick centre.

🍳The flat is one of the dozen rooms in a townhouse in GH. It means you can cook in a huge kitchen on the ground floor and social with my lovely flatmates! The kitchen is huge enough so it's never crowded. You will also have plenty of refrigerated and regular storage in the kitchen.

🛏️The room itself is cosy, well-maintained, and roomy enough. You will have all the furniture you need to live here. On each floor, there are two bathrooms shared by four flatmates; don't worry, they are nice and the bathrooms are thoroughly sanitized and cleaned every week. The room is priced at 290/pw, negotiable.
