A rare find! Double room in spacious townhouse!!

After living in the house for over four years with my wonderful housemate Michelle, I’m taking the plunge and moving in with my partner so I’m looking for someone to fill my room.

The house is great and located on a quiet (for London!) street in Borough. There is a Sainsbury’s and Tesco less than five minute walk away, along with two parks and a fab pub. Borough station is a five minute walk away, E&C is ten mins away and London Bridge station is 15 min walk away.

The room itself is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, full length mirror and two sets of drawers. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are large so you won’t feel on top of each other. There is a seperate desk outside the room and plenty of storage throughout the house. Additionally there is a huge kitchen, living room and bathroom (with a bath and shower!)

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy housemate who is looking for a home rather just a house to stay in.

Rooms and properties on this street are very rare as people tend to stay for years!
The room will be available from the 1st June!
