2 Decent size double rooms in a 3 bed large house share available to share with 2 other females.

We have an organised monthly cleaning schedule and ensure the house is topped up with cleaning products.

We have a large garden to enjoy and infront of the house there is a shed for extra storage and under stairs extra storage.

The house is pleasant to stay very quiet to relax. We work from home a few days a week.

Ground floor larger double is £710 per month

Upstairs smaller double is £668 per month

Bills roughly come to £100 each a month which is water gas electric council tax and WiFi

Great transport links Bounds Green zone 3 walking distance on the Piccadilly line and Bowes Park train straight to Moorgate in less than 30 mins
