Large double room available in 6-bed Brixton house

Hey everyone, 2 of our current housemates are sadly moving out; so are looking for 2 new housemates so that we can keep our beautiful house in Brixton for another year!! We are 3 girls and 1 guy (all age 24-28), and are ideally looking for a another guy to fill the room advertised to keep the gender split relatively equal.

The house is in an amazing location a really short walk from Brixton underground and overground stations as well as Herne Hill and Brockwell park. The street itself is lovely and quiet although within 5 minutes walk you can get to all the bars and restaurants in Brixton.

The attic room is on a floor by itself and huge with absolutely loads of space for WFH. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bed side table. Rent is £1,060/pm excl bills. We pay each £95/pm for bills and house necessities eg. toilet roll, cleaning supplies, new frying pans..,

Photos don't do the size of the room justice so I would definitely recommend viewing in person.

The house has 3 bathrooms (one on each floor so there is never a queue!) and amazing open plan communal space and garden which are great for socialising. The back doors open up all the way to the garden which is great in the warm weather for BBQs etc.

We are a sociable house so looking for people who want to join us exploring London, going to the pub and eating out. We are also big sports fans too (watching and playing) if that is your vibe. As much as we enjoy socialising we also love a quiet evening watching trashy tv or cooking together. We are all super respectful of each other's space and keep the house clean and tidy.

3 of us work in the city but WFH a couple days per week. The 4th housemate is a speech and language therapist, working in a school 5 days p/w.
