Hi everyone, I’m hoping to sublet the largest room in our 4 bed house as I’ll away for a month! The room is available from June 10th or later until 20th July

THE HOUSE:

🏠 The house is a 4 bed split over 2 floors with a kitchen and living room.

📍The house is right next to the overground station and about 7 minute walk from the Camden underground station and also has dozen bus links within 5 min walk. There's a Sainsbury's 5 mins away and M&S, tesco and Aldi that's about a 10 minute walk down the road. On the other side there is also a 24/7 tesco express.

MONTHLY BILLS YOU’D PAY:
Rent: £1000 (includes water)
Total bills for the stay - 110 (wifi+electricity+council tax)
No deposit

🪑The room comes with all of the furniture pictured.

ABOUT US:
- All girls between the ages of 24-28

- Everyone in the flat likes socialising, but also respectful of each others space. We love watching shows and movie nights with pizza, going for dinner and sweet treats.

We take turns to clean different rooms weekly, so ideally we’re looking for someone who keeps the flat clean and tidy.
