Rent is 717 pcm & bills & council tax (bills come to around £100 in summertime). The security deposit is £830.

We are looking for a professional who is clean, easy-going and respectful. We are two professionals between 27 and 35 who enjoy spending time together but also appreciate having our personal space.

The landlord for the flat is responsive and great for us as they help us anytime something breaks (plumbing, lightning, locks etc.) so we never pay for issues like that.

The location is awesome with Camden Town tube station, and Kentish Town and Camden Town Overground stations all less than 10 minutes walking distance

There are lots of shops and cafes around providing everything you need - a number of supermarkets, cafes, a craft beer shop are just downstairs, with gyms, Camden Market and plenty of pubs, including the Pineapple also a short walking distance.

A small but unique detail is that the entire flat is actually pretty *warm* in the winter - a first for many of us after suffering in poorly heated rooms in London. The windows are double glazed as well :)
