My lovely flatmates are moving out as they’ve both been offered their dream jobs (one in Toronto, one south of the river), so their rooms are up for grabs!

The room available from September 11th (£1000pcm) is a cosy double upstairs with plenty of storage and natural light

The room available from June 11th (£1200pcm) is bright and spacious and will be sublet until the contract is renewed as a group in September

You’ll be sharing the house with me plus my cat Bodie.

We are currently all doctors in the NHS, so will be out most of the time for work.

We have a beautiful living room complete with stacks and stacks of books (welcome to borrow), 1 bathroom with shower over a bath, lots of loft space for storage and the cute patio out the back. The kitchen is well equipped as well.

We want to make sure we’re the right fit so would love to chat over coffee & answer your questions before making any decisions.

Bills come to ~120 each for gas & electricity, water, council tax (band E), wifi & netflix.

Street parking is available with resident permit from Islington Council.

We’re in the absolute best location, with easy buses into central, Shoreditch, Old Street etc, 9 mins walk to Canonbury overground, Dalston about 12 mins walk & similar to Upper Street. Easy to get to Highbury & Islington for the Victoria line too!
