One beautiful double bedroom to rent with private bathroom in London E4.
Bathroom is a lovely shower over bath. It is not ensuit, but the bathroom is just next to the room. Room is on ground floor, with no stairs to get in.
The Bedroom has a small table, two chairs, large wardrobe with drawers, a bedside table, TV, fridge, a toaster, kettle, and microwave all inside the room.
No shared living area, but lovely kitchen.
There is a lovely large garden, with a swimming pool that can be used once opened in summer. Pool can’t be used for parties, neither can the house.

There are three of us living in the house, it’s a large house, we are super clean, quiet and keep to ourselves mostly, but super friendly.
We are looking for a single professional, no couples.
We are a female (52), female (27) and male (55) living here.

There are loads of great transport links to all around London, from highms park, Blackhorse road or Walthamstow. King’s Cross or Liverpool Street are just 45 minutes away for example.
We ran an airbnb in the room previously, so the house is kept super clean with no animals.
We Can add a cleaning service for extra fees to keep your room and bathroom nice too! Will be the best cleaner you have ever had.

Price is inclusive of all bills, including super fast Wi-Fi.
