Double room with lots of storage , oak wardrobe and bedside table , desk for computer etc. Divan bed with storage underneath. Underfloor heating.

The apartment

Property was previously renovated to a very high standard and has its own private entrance .Parquet wood flooring through out , Open plan kitchen , living and dining with big TV. Kitchen has all the usual amenities. Underfloor heating through out . Bathroom on this floor has walk in shower ,storage behind the mirror & a heated towel rail. Washing machine/ dryer in a cupboard in the hallway. The top floor has a separate bedroom with en-suite so the downstairs bathroom is only ever used by 2 people.

Current flat mates

Im on the top floor , Julia is on the main floor in another double room. We re both professionals and are usually out of the house from 7am to 6pm week days . It’s not a party house by any means but we all like to socialise now and again together usually over the weekend and have the odd glass of wine or beer during the week . We are both pretty easy going , we respect each others space , house is always kept clean so I guess looking for someone similar to move in .

The area

We’re about an 8min walk to Chiswick high road which has many nice bars , cafes & shops. We’re the first house on Dorchester Grove (no1) so Homefield Recreational ground is practically across the road from us once you turn the corner (Spare room map isn’t that accurate for some reason ) Thames walk which leads you down to Hammersmith walking by the river is a 5min walk away and is lovely in the summer months .Transport links are really good in general, Turnham Green & Stamford Brook tube stations are about a 10-12min walk away , Hammersmith station is 10min bus ride which you can get just around the corner from the house. Heathrow airport is easily accessed via Turnham Green (takes about 30min) or around 20min if you’re driving .
