After 3 years, I'm moving out of my large double room in Clapham. The room is furnished and part of a 5 bed house, 5 mins away from Wandsworth Common, Clapham Common and Clapham South tube station.
The current housemates are sociable, love going to the pub or a movie night in!
The house has a large living room/dining room, separate kitchen and a decent sized garden. Bills are not included in the rent but come to roughly £80-£100 a month.
The room will be available to move into from Sunday 14th April although there is some wiggle room around this if needed.
