Unfurnished Double Room in Clapham available

We have a large double bedroom to rent in our house in Clapham. Our house comprises a large fully fitted kitchen/dining room which leads out to a large garden. We have a separate living room, 4 occupied bedrooms, a small spare bedroom, a downstairs loo and 2 bathrooms. The room is £1110 per calendar month which includes all bills. The deposit is required to secure the room at £1000.
Please note this room is unfurnished but the wardrobe can stay and some other furniture could be purchased if needed.

As the entire house is unfurnished and the girl moving out is taking some furniture and kitchen items with her, we will need to replace a sofa, pots/pans/glasses and some other small items like plants. Everyone contributes to the communal furniture and decorative items in the house so if you have some of your own then great!

Location
It is a 10/12 minute walk from Clapham Common tube to jump on the northern line. We are just off Wandsworth road where you can get buses to either Vauxhall or Clapham junction in just 10/15 minutes. We have coffee shops, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes from our front door.

Current flatmates
Three girls, we are between 30 and 33, working professionals in property, law and finance.
We are all sociable and often out and about but have also friends and love watching trash TV over a bottle of wine.
We want someone who is like minded, clean and respectful to join our home.
