Spacious double room by Clapham Junction

Room is still available - doing viewings between the 29th and 3rd.
I'm looking for someone to rent the room and take my place on the contract. Available from the 13th but I can be flexible with this date.

The room is spacious and bright with a built in double wardrobe. The room is big enough for me to keep a desk and chair to work from home in also. The bed is a double and comfortable and the landlord is going to replace the mattresses soon.

The rest of the flat is spacious with plenty of storage and has a large living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen/diner also has lots of storage and a great electric oven and hob and a combined washer/dryer.

The flat has access to a pool, sauna and hot tub which are on the property and there is a concierge office.

The flat is right by Clapham Junction station so great for commuting and close to Northcoate road for bars and restaurants.

You'll be sharing the flat with Zoe, a full time professional who occasionally works from home. She is fun and sociable and is always up for a post work take away or trip to the pub.
