Beautiful big Victorian House share Clapham

Looking for a 3rd housemate to join our lovely, big, 3 bed Victorian house in Clapham.

The largest room / master is available.

Very much a homely vibe and we enjoy hanging out, watching films and cooking, but generally being chill. We don't want someone who is a party animal, so professional and 30+ would be best. We don't want someone who only works from home.

We're open to a guy or girl joining us. Teo is straight and Humza is gay (if anyone cares)

The room is quiet, nice and light and has a really comfy new bed. The house is located 2 mins walk from Clapham North on a quiet cul de sac off the main rds (no traffic noise! ) near everything Clapham has to offer. The house has everything you need and has been done up nicely, and feels spacious on multi levels so we aren't on top of one another. Seperate basement where the laundry and storage is which is great. Nice little garden for wine in the evenings. The wifi is fibre. There's also a bike store.

Bills are divided equally on top and about another £100 month.
