A double room in a 3 bed house with kitchen, dining area, bathroom, living room & small garden.
10 mins walk to Clapham South tube & 15 mins walk to Balham tube / train station. Right around the corner from Clapham Common & 5 mins to Wandsworth Common too - ideally located.
You’d be sharing with myself Emma (29) & Amy (29). We’re both busy gals (as we all are in Ldn!) but we enjoy spending time together when we can (we love a wee glass of wine or cup of tea together). We’d like to think we are friendly, considerate and clean gals & hope to find someone who is similar.
