Hello potential housemates.

We have a double room available in our cosy house with a shared lounge and kitchen.

About the room:
- Second Floor facing the garden
- Just half step upstairs from bathroom
- Built in wardrobes including shoe racks, 2 wardrobe rails and shelves.
- 3 large storage cupboards overhead
- Large wooden double bed with space underneath for some light storage
- sunny bright room, faces the sun and has sunlight most of the day
- chest of drawers
- space for tv and large desk if wfh (for reference tv in pics is 43” and desk is a large standing desk 1m 30 wide) It is much bigger than the pictures show
- move in date: 11th May 2024

About the House:

- All bills included
- Cleaner once a week in communal areas (included in price)
- Quiet Family Street
- 3 min walk from Clapham South Station, 1 min walk to bus stops

- 3 bathrooms (2 with bath/shower, 1 with shower, 3 toilets)
- Shared Living room with tv
- Large garden outside with garden furniture and we put up a hot tub/ gazebo when the weather is nice
- modern kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 washing machines, large cooker and appliances (microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, blender, toaster, kettle, etc)
- we share crockery and cutlery so no need to bring any unless you want to

- We are a 1 min walk to M&S, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and nice local bars
- Larger supermarkets are a short 10 min walk or bus to Balham for Waitrose, Sainsbury’s Megastore, Aldi and cute charity shops

About us:

We have a good vibe in the house and get on well together. We want the house to feel like a home.
We are all tidy and easy going.
We enjoy socialising together when we can and enjoy some nights out together and to the pub when the weather is nice.
During summer we enjoy coming together to have drinks on Clapham Common.

We are a mix of hybrid workers who wfh some of the week and those in the office everyday.

- Up for a laugh
