we don't have a living room but we treat our garden as it is! to shared meals in the well-appointed kitchen, every moment spent with your flatmates will be filled with laughter, camaraderie, and mutual support.

we got swell 2 toilet one situated downstairs and 1 in the 1 floor
same for shour we got 1 downstairs and one in the 1 floor

the house is connected really well as have bus stop station around, really well connected to overground going to Liverpool Street and a lots of bus going toFinsbury Park.
Clapton station is 5-10 minutes walk, Rectory rd station is about 10-15 minutes walk bus station are 0-5 minutes walk,
we have all market and amenities around the house as Dalston way is really close full of pub market disco everything u need to enjoy or to have fun.
we got as well amazing park around like Springfield park around 5-10 minutes walk beautiful coffee shop and amazing view and vibe specially close to the canal.

the room and the house are completely furnished with no extra cost as we got all bills included, broadband as well included on the 800£.
as I'm looking for someone to replace me 3 months I can manage to left tv or playstation 5 or whatever the new flatmate will ask as request if is possible for me to help... this will cost a small deposit depend on the amenities the new flatmate request.
