Crouch End room end June/start July

**Pls note; this room is available from July 4th, earlier if dates work but not later**

We have a room to rent in our flat in the middle of beautiful Crouch End, seconds from the Broadway, lots of parks, restaurants.

Room is good size, views of Ally Pally, unfurnished, with a dbl bed base.

The flat has a decent kitchen, lounge and outside space, it’s definitely a great price for room and neighbourhood!

There are 2 female and 1 male living here currently. We all get along, although we do live our own lives and looking for someone similar, who is quiet, tidy & considerate.

We prefer the party happens elsewhere these days and ideally someone who doesn’t WFH all week, it's a professional house.

We do smoke occasionally (I know bad habit!), we do so outside in the garden :)

Bills are about £160 (per person, each month) on top of rent and you’ll need proof of earnings/savings, along with references for the estate agency to check.
