Bright double room in 3 bed townhouse next to a park. The room has a bed, armchair, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, etc but furniture could be added or taken out if needed. Shared areas include kitchen, large living room and garden. Included in the price is Wi-fi, bills, and the use of dish washer, washing machine and there are two toilets. House is next to South Norwood Lake & Grounds, less than a minute walk to bus stop and about 15 min walk to Crystal Palace station. This is a quiet and peaceful house. I speak fluent English, Italian, and Spanish. (one with shower and bath). There's plenty off-street parking. Short term lets & Mon-Fri also considered.
