Hi there!

I have a double room available in a 3 bedroom flat with a private garden area.

Fantastic location - just round the corner from Crystal Palace station (3min walk), and 5min walk from the Crystal Palace triangle with some great restaurants, shops, bars, Saturday markets, etc. It is a 5min walk to Crystal Palace park and the National Sports centre which has lots of activities and events all year round.

I work up in London, and enjoy socialising, playing lots of sports, but also like cooking and hanging out at home. My flatmate Nash moved in last summer. We are ideally looking for someone sociable who enjoys going out and being active.

The room is newly furnished and comes with an excellent mattress, wardrobe and additional shelf storage. Newly bought duvet, pillows and sheets included if needed.

Walled private garden area – great to relax in in the summer months

The rent includes all bills, including fibre broadband and council tax.
