We have a small and affordable double room available to rent in a all-female flat available from 1st June 2024. Our flat is conveniently situated just 15-20 minutes away from Old Street Station and Highbury & Islington Station, with Haggerston Station a mere 5-10 minutes away. There is also very easy access via bus routes to Central London, Waterloo, and the City.

Current flatmates: we're an international bunch (from Spain, Turkey and the Philippines!), all working professionals in London. We keep the flat well-maintained and tidy, providing a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for everyone living here.

For our next flatmate, we are looking for a clean, respectful, female working professional to join our home. Someone who values a peaceful environment and is considerate of others' space and privacy.

Rent: £700 pcm, not including bills/council tax etc
Availability: 1st June for minimum 6 months
In addition to your private room, you'll have access to shared spaces such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
