Double room in big Camberwell house w garden

A much-loved housemate is moving out so we're looking to fill their bedroom in our beautiful, spacious 6 bed house.

The move-in date would be 19th May. We appreciate this is a quick turnaround but we'd prefer someone who can pay rent from this date as this is when our flatmate is leaving.

We'd like to find a good fit for the house, which is sociable but relaxed. We have the odd party, Sunday roast, garden drinks etc. but it's also our home so we like to keep it looking nice and make sure it's a peaceful communal place to live for everyone. So, we're looking for a friendly, fun person in their late 20s/early 30s who enjoys living with others.

The room is a small double on the fourth floor, overlooking our lovely back garden with lots of natural light.

The house has lots of communal space: a huge garage, garden, kitchen and dining area and living room. It's also large enough to feel private when in your bedroom.

Rent is £702. Bills are around £120 at the moment (inc. a cleaner once a week). Deposit is £900.
