Bright double room in female houseshare

Double room for rent in a bright and spacious first floor flat a few minutes walk from Ealing Common station.

The room is really nice and bright with three big windows. It’s fully furnished with a double bed & brand new mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table (the bookcase and desk pictured are mine so are not included).

There is a spacious living room and kitchen with a dishwasher. The communal areas are nice and bright with high ceilings. The flat was refurbished recently and everything is decorated neutrally. There are two bathrooms plus a single toilet cubicle. We also have a patio area! We’re at the end of a terraced road on a cul-de-sac so it’s very quiet. It’s landlord managed and he’s been really great.

It’s a friendly all-girls 4 bed flat. The two remaining girls are 26 and 27, both work in publishing and like running, cinema trips, reading, brunching, exploring London and the odd bit of bouldering. The girls are keen for someone sociable and likeminded, who wants to be friends with their flatmates but also do their own thing. Two of us are leaving to move in with boyfriends so there is another double room also up for rent in the flat at the same time so it would suit two friends wanting to live together. I’ve really loved living in the flat and couldn’t recommend the girls or flat enough!

The flat is in a well-connected area with Ealing Common station served by the District and Piccadilly line and the Elizabeth Line is a short walk away. Ealing is really green and leafy, there are lots of gorgeous parks close by (Ealing common literally around the corner, Walpole and Gunnersbury Park nearby). Ealing has plenty of pubs, cafes and shops (great charity shops!) and there’s a Lidl and Morrisons in Acton 15 mins walk away from the flat and a small Sainsbury’s just around the corner.

Rent is £887.50 pcm, not including bills (roughly £120-150pcm). Available on 4 August but I can possibly move out sooner if needed. The person who rents this room needs to earn £25k per annum minimum to pass referencing checks so please ensure you meet that criteria before messaging for a viewing!
