SW17 large double bedroom en-suite all inclusive

Top floor loft bedroom with en-suite, king size bed, built in wardrobe, large chest of drawers and tv/dressing table.

All bills are included in the price shown and the room will also be cleaned by a cleaner twice a month (if desired).

The current housemates are Elizabeth (La) and Ollie a couple in their early / mid 30s and Merlin (half Bengal / Persian) & Deedee (British blue) two well behaved, friendly cats that stay downstairs.

We are an easy going, laid back & polite couple, tidy and courteous professionals working in central London. Ollie is an accountant and I work in HR. Ollie is in the office 2 or 3 times a week and I go about once a week to the office so I do work from home most days.

It would be nice to socialise over a bottle of something from time to time, if you are that way inclined. We travel a lot so you will find a four bedroom house to yourself a fair bit too.

Anybody joining us would be welcome to use the communal areas and garden like their own.

The area itself is great - we are close to the transport links. Earlsfield station is a 12 minute walk and Tooting Broadway is a 15 minute walk, there are regular buses going between those destinations too if you don’t like a walk. There are a number of good local restaurants and bars and also a number of green spaces including Wandsworth common which is a 15 minute walk away too. All in all it’s a great spot in West London.
